In the middle of the 20th century, yachts with outboard keels became popular in Europe and their serial production began. One type of hull was offered with both outboard keels and fin keels or a yacht - a compromise. The sea characteristics of these sail-ships were very good and they could be used for recreational trips of 3-4 people in the coastal area.
