The "Leopard" served during the French Revolution, Napoleonic and Anglo-American Wars. In 1798 October 24 The "Leopard" captured the French privateer "Apollon", commanded by Captain La Vaillant. 1800 August 22 "Leopard" took Clarisa. In 1812, the "Leopard" was disarmed and turned into a military transport. In 1814 on June 28, en route from Great Britain to Quebec, carrying 475 soldiers of the Royal Scots contingent, the ship ran aground in thick fog off the coast of Antiquity and was destroyed.

A complex, large, but interesting model. Recommended for intermediate to advanced naval enthusiasts. This model features a high level of detail, the sails and flags are double-sided printing, there are details printed in "metallic" bronze type paint, available "secondary cladding" details. The model is intended for intermediate and experienced modelers, but it will not be an easy job for them either. The model has a lot of details, but the extensive and informative graphic instructions will help a lot, when gluing the model.
