Vl-8 is a Soviet mainline direct current electric locomotive of freight trains, whose axle formula is 2o+2o+2o+2o, produced from 1953 to 1967. Until 1961, when Vl10 and Vl80 appeared on the railways of the USSR, it was the most powerful locomotive in the country. In the 1960s, together with Vl60 and TEZ, it was one of the main and most frequently used locomotives on the railways of the Soviet Union. Vl23 is based on it. 1976 - 1985 Vl8 electric locomotives were equipped with reversing devices, which allowed to increase the speed from 80 to 90 - 100 km/h. These electric locomotives are marked Vl-8M.

A highly detailed and well-designed small scale electric locomotive model for intermediate to advanced modelers. The model has a well-detailed interior and is a model of a railway line. The instructions are in Polish and Russian, double-sided printing is used, where necessary. By the way, without making internal equipment and working under the supervision of a more experienced colleague, this beautiful model will be perfectly glued by both a beginner and a little advanced modeler.
