The “Ural” is a family of heavy motorcycles, that have been produced in different versions since 1941 at the IMZ plant in Irbits. The origins of this brand of motorcycles are based on the famous “BMW R71”, the design of which was copied and adapted to Soviet road conditions. The first specimens were made in 1941 and marked M72. This type of motorcycle was also manufactured under license at the KMZ plant in Kiev, where it is called the “Dniepr” and the “Chang Yang 750” in China.

A complex and hopeless model for novice modelers to assembly. It is almost a real motorcycle; some details are printed in silver ink. The model will require high labor costs, patience and diligence, but it all pays off in the end result.
