On March 27, 1878 the peasant Fyodor Blinov registered the invention of the crawler tractor. Fyodor Abramovich Blinov (1831 - 1902) was a serf peasant of Count Sergei Uvarov, the Minister of Public Education. He was engaged in the repair of agricultural equipment, men's carriages, briquettes, peasant carts and sleighs, he read a lot and engaged in self-education. Later he became interested in steam engines. Blinov built a wagon with an "endless track" - in fact, it was a prototype of caterpillars, which the device turned on its own wheels. These "endless tracks" allowed the steam wagon to travel over any terrain, and it could pull any horse-drawn cart or barge down the river as it moved along its bank. After making such a model, the genius self-taught went to Petersburg to patent his invention.
A simple, but interesting model of the first crawler tractor. It's pretty well detailed, it's depict a used tractor, there's a stock of colors and textures, and great graphic instructions. Intended for the modeler of any experience, but not for those, taking the first steps in modeling. And for an advanced beginner or a modeler with little experience, it is recommended to work under the supervision of a more experienced modeler.
