Taran is probably the oldest cloak weapon in the world. The simple construction and the availability of the materials, from which it is made, made taran almost an attribute of a slender cloak. Taran was at first used by the Carthaginians, when they attacked Kades. Of course, the construction of the taran changed over the centuries, until it reached its peak in the middle of the Middle Ages.
The taran model of this period and offers you to assemble from this publication. A simple, but demanding model, that will be easily assembled by any experienced modeler. It is also possible to make a "working" model.
