The Osinovets lighthouse is built in the village of Ladozhskoye Ozero (Lake Ladoga) in the Vsevolzhsk District of the Leningrad Region of Russia on the southwestern shore of Lake Ladoga. The height of the lighthouse is 70 meters, its lamp shines 74 meters above the lake level. The lighthouse is the ninth tallest traditional lighthouse in the world. Climbing it requires climbing 366 steps. The Osinovets lighthouse served as an important landmark on the Road of Life to besieged Leningrad during World War II.
