Tupolev Tu-154 became the first passenger plane for the Tupolev team, whose "ancestors" did not even have a military prototype. From the beginning, the Tu-154 aircraft was developed according to the canons of passenger liner design, after a preliminary study of the expected needs of such an aircraft and the requirements of the Soviet civil air fleet and potential foreign buyers for the next 15-20 years, until the beginning of the 80s. The Tu-154 made its first scheduled flight from Moscow to Mineralnye Vody on the 49th anniversary of "Aeroflot", in 9 February. In the 1980s the Tu-154 aircraft of various modifications became the most popular "Aeroflot" aircraft. Tu-154 operated and continues to operate flights on routes, connecting almost all major cities of Russia. In the summer, these planes became the main "transporter" of tourists and vacationers to the southern cities of the country. Tu-154 planes flew to more, than 80 cities in Europe, Asia and Africa, and were repeatedly presented at various international exhibitions and air shows. This type of aircraft is no longer allowed in Western countries due to excessive noise.

A relatively small and simple, but well-designed and quite richly detailed model of a passenger liner with "Aeroflot" painting. There is detailing of the pilots cockpit, some detailing of the landing gear legs and their niches, the wing and tail control plates can be made both separately from the main plates and together with them. There is a stock of azure, no others. The graphic instruction is weak and not very informative, the textual one is almost non-existent, and what is there, is given in Russian, English, German and Polish. A model for modelers of any experience, only beginners and those with little experience should work under the supervision of a more experienced colleague, do not make the interior of the cabin (it is barely visible anyway), released chassis and open wheel niches, separated control plates.
