The Sukhoj Su-30 is a modern Russian multi-role fighter, that can be used to perform many tasks. The first flight of the prototype took place in 1989, but the machines began to be supplied to the formation units only in 1996. More than 630 machines of this type were produced. Engines - in the basic version - two "Saturn AL-31F", each of which has a thrust of 74.5 kN without the use of an afterburner. The length of the plane is 21.94 meters, the wingspan is 14.7 meters. The maximum speed reaches up to 2 M. Onboard armament consists of one 30 mm cannon. The aircraft can fly bombs and missiles on external pylons, the total weight of the weapons carried can reach up to 8000 kilograms. Sukhoj Su-30 was developed on the basis of Su-27UB machine glider. It was initially thought to be an interceptor fighter with advanced electronic equipment, that would work alongside MiG-31 fighters. However, the economic problems, associated with the collapse of the USSR, forced the manufacturer to adapt the Su-30 to other tasks and offer it to export markets. During production many versions of this aircraft were created, including: Su-30K (base version exported to India), Su-30MK (version with improved communication systems), Su-30MKI (version, developed jointly with HAL, with improved version) or Su- 30SM (super maneuverable aircraft for air superiority). Machines of this type served or are still serving in the armed forces of countries such as Russia, Algeria, China and India.

Large, well-designed and richly detailed, heavily "armed" - even a dozen options for hanging weapons are possible - a model for intermediate and experienced modelers. The model requires precision and patience, while gluing it, You need to forget about quick results and urgent work. Everything, that is possible and visible in such a scale, is detailed in the model: the interior of the cabin, the chassis, its niches, visible parts of the engines, armament, which are even two sheets of A3 format, external details. In short, a model is a dream. The publication is not new.
