Frank Barnwell, in designing the “Bristol M.1” fighter, decided that its main feature should be speed. Therefore, he chose the monoplane concept and the most aerodynamically clean silhouette as possible. The plane took its first flight in 1916 and was fast, maneuverable, but the British Air Force did not accept the M.1A for armament due to poor visibility from the cockpit, excessive landing speed and long distance off landing. In 1917, with the improvement of the aircraft, a series of 125 aircraft was ordered for the M.1C version. In this fighter armed several squadrons, but most of them survived the war assembled in boxes. However, a dozen of them were still used in battles and the pilots, who flew them, achieved several victories.

Although it looks like a simple model but has its own complexity. One of them is a torso of round cross-section, glued from sheets. If you manage to overcome it nicely, everything else is a laugh job.
