The prototype “Mig – 29” fighter first took to the air on October 6, 1977. The plane had to replace the obsolete “MiG-21” and “MiG-23”. The first serial fighters joined the USSR AF in 1984. To date, over 1,600 units of all versions of this type of fighter have been produced, which are used in the armaments of almost 40 countries around the world. “Mig-29” fighter jets from the Republic of Poland were bought in 1989 - 9 single-seater combat vehicles and 3 two-seater training vehicles. Another 10 fighter jets were purchased in the Czech Republic in 1995 (1 of them combat-training). In 2002, Poland purchased a further 24 second-hand GDR aircraft in Germany (4 training), but only 14 of them entered service.
A model of medium complexity, perfectly graphically and structurally designed, depicting a "Ghost of Kiev" aircraft from the Ukrainian Air Force's 204 Tactical Aviation Brigade (2022) with the number "43", painted on the so-called "pixel" camouflage. The model is designed for modelers of any experience, so there is a version without a cabin interior and with an intake chassis, which, under the supervision of a more experienced colleague, will assemble perfectly even for a novice model. However, this model is much more sophisticated, than other models in the WAK publisher's "children's" series and therefore requires more patience, diligence and diligence. Instruction in Polish, English and Ukrainian.
