The “Fokker D. VII” was, probably, the best World War I fighter. After the end of the war, many of this type of aircraft entered the military aviation units of other countries (including Lithuania). In 1919, several specimens arrived in Finland.
The model, presented in the publication, was reworked and painted with experimental 4-color camouflage in 1922. Until January 30, 1924, when he was irreparably destroyed in severe climatic conditions, he served in the 1st Aviation Squadron in the Utti area. A straightforward model for modelers of any experience, just for beginners would be better, if they work under the supervision of a more experienced colleague and it shouldn’t be one of the first models you assemble.
