The „Breguet” 19 (or “Breguet” XIX or Br.19) was an interwar French reconnaissance aircraft and light bomber. The machine was constructed in a biplane scheme, mixed construction and with a classic stationary chassis. The prototype first took to the air in 1922, and series production started in 1924. The B2 version was fitted with a single “Hispano-Suiza” 12 Hb engine with a power output of 500 h. p. The armament consisted of two or three 7.5 or 7.7 mm machine guns. The machine could carry a load of bombs weighing up to 400 kilograms. The “Breguet” 19 was created as the successor to the “Breguet” 14 aircraft, built during the First World War. Initially, it was planned to use two “Bugatti” engines, but eventually it was decided to install one liner engine. Compared to its predecessor, in addition to a more powerful engine, it featured, among other things, longer flight distances, higher top speeds, and higher bomb loads. Several versions of this successful aircraft were developed: Br.19 A2 (reconnaissance version), Br.19B2 (bomber version) and Br.19GR (extended range version). This type of aircraft, in addition to France, was used in military aviation in Belgium, Greece, Poland and Venezuela.

The model is for modelers of any experience. Only beginners and inexperienced modelers are offered to work under the supervision of a more experienced colleague.
