“Tiger” first appeared in 1942, when two prototypes were brought to the competition. Two tanks were tested in the unit deployed in the Kentshins area: the Porsche “Tiger” (P) and the Henschel. Henschel's “Tiger” won and became the main tank in Germany. By the end of the war, 1,355 Tiger I machines had been built.
The model is adapted for novice modelers and is greatly simplified. But beginners need them - they assemble quickly, and accurately, and have a great exhibit.
