German medium tank Pz. Kpfw. III was the most dynamically developed model, that served in the Third Reich Army during World War II. The first examples, produced in 1937, were armed with 37 mm caliber cannons. Since they were significantly inferior to the allied machines, already in 1940 begins production of tanks, armed with 50 mm caliber cannons (short-barreled and long-barreled). In the middle of 1942 the tanks were re-armed with short-barreled cannons of 72 mm caliber. Their activities on the battlefield were limited to the immediate fire support of the infantry and the heavy tanks Pz. Kpfw. VI Tiger protection against enemy infantry. In 1943 the production of these tanks was completely stopped and at the end of the following year Pz. Kpfw. III almost completely disappeared from the battlefields. A small number of them remained until the end of the war, but they were mostly used in rear occupation units. In 1943 the trophy Pz. Kpfw. III Ausf. J and L during training in Egypt and Palestine were also received by the Carpathian Ulan Regiment (Polish) and used only during training.

A complex, well-designed and richly detailed model without interior equipment in yellow desert camouflage, intended for intermediate and advanced modelers only. However, working under the supervision of a more experienced colleague, this model will be perfectly glued by a modeler with little experience, but it should not be one of the first more complex models You glue. The model is painted in the colors of the Polish Carpathian Ulan Regiment in 1943.
