In July 1944 the Japanese began implementing an innovative weapon production project. They were radio-controlled bombs. But such weapons were not created to make pilots feel safer. It was argued, that a radio-controlled bomb had a better chance of hitting its target.
From the publication You can make simple, but well-detailed models of three such bombs, powered by rocket engines, which even novice modelers without any "more experienced colleagues" can easily glue together. But it's more fun to make models in a company.
