KV-T is a Soviet World War II armored tractor. The first specimens of this type of machine were used in combat conditions in 1944. The tractor is equipped with one diesel 600 h. p. power motor V - 2K. The length of the machine was 6.9 m, width - 3.25 m. The tractor had no armament. The KV-T was constructed as a kind of variant of the KV-85 tank. Compared to the prototype, the tractor did not have a tower with a cannon, and the hole at the top of the hull, that appeared after its dismantling, was covered with armor. The main purpose of KV-T was to pull out damaged tanks from the battlefield. Most interestingly, it was not equipped with any special lifting or towing equipment. Therefore, it can be considered as a kind of frontal "improvisation", which coped well with the tasks, set for it. It is worth noting that the KV-T was converted only from the battle-damaged KV-85 tanks. These tractors were very common in the Soviet tank units in 1944-1945.

A moderately designed and richly detailed model of medium complexity, with all the details left white. It is intended for self-painting. Therefore, not recommended for beginners and inexperienced modelers.
