GAZ-3937 "Vodnik" - Russian modern off-road vehicle

GAZ-3937 "Vodnik" - a modern Russian off-road vehicle, designed for the transportation of people and cargo in difficult-to-pass areas. The car crew is protected from small arms by armor, car designed by TKB JSC "GAZ" and manufactured at the Arzamas machine-building plant. Car modular scheme: two replaceable modules are placed in a welded body. The front module includes the engine compartment and the control cabin, which are separated from each other by a hermetic partition. The rear module can be replaced in the field due to the quick-disassembly connection. As a result, one car can perform several functions, depending on the connected module: transportation of people, transportation of cargo and equipment to hard-to-reach areas, transportation of residential blocks and other modular buildings, machines for technological functions of the fuel-energy complex (fuel filler, cistern, etc.) . The front axle of the car is driven, but can be disconnected, the suspension is independent, the equipment for inflating the tires while driving is installed, the power steering, the powerful heating and conditioning system.

Small, well designed and richly detailed (interior, suspension, chassis, gun turret, exterior detailing) model, but the engine compartment is not detailed. This model can also be assembled by advanced beginners and modelers with little experience, working under the supervision of a more experienced colleague. True, even modelers with little experience can make this model without internal equipment, with opaque glasses. The graphic instructions are excellent, there is no textual instruction at all, but there is a reserve of colors - quite a lot.
