ZIS-6 - the Soviet multi-purpose truck with a carrying capacity of 2.5 (off-road) to 4 (on-road) t, was produced at the Stalin Factory (ЗИС) in 1933-1941. The three-axle car was a version of the "ZIS-5" truck. One of the areas of application of these trucks was the salvo fire systems BM-13 "Katiusha" chassis. In total, about 20,000 of these cars were produced. It is equipped with a 6-cylinder 73 h.p. power gasoline engine. The speed on the road reached 50 km per hour. The truck was used in the Soviet Army throughout the war period and shortly after it.
A complex, well-detailed and designed model of the BM-13 "Katiusha" truck with a salvo fire system for intermediate and advanced modelers. The cabin, engine compartment, transmission, warhead detailing and exterior details are perfectly restored. It is possible to make a model with the markings of the Guards unit or without any markings at all. It is possible to make opening doors, choppers, rotating and movable weapons, lowering windshield protective panels, rotating and "steerable" wheels.
