M270 "MLRS" - American multi-purpose launcher, used as an "MLRS" and a tactical missile launcher. Also in the eighties, the possibility of launching AGM-137 "TSSAM" cruise missiles from it was studied. Developed by "Lockheed Martin Rockets and Fire Control". Adopted by the US Army in 1983. The launcher is mounted on the tracked chassis of the American armored infantry fighting vehicle "Bradley". The cockpit accommodates a combat crew of three: the unit commander, a weapons specialist and a driver.
From the publication You can make a model of a Bundeswehr camouflage-painted device. Mid-level model with cockpit interior detailing. Well designed and quite richly detailed, but... working under the supervision of a more experienced colleague, it can be put together perfectly even by a modeler with little experience. But it won't be easy and it shouldn't be one of the first more complicated models, You make. There are no text instructions, but everything is clear from the assembly diagrams. Perfectly restored chassis, cabin interior, gun section, exterior detailing, but no engine compartment detailing
