"MT-LB" is a Soviet armored floating transporter, constructed in the 20th century in the late sixties. Designed as an artillery tow truck for towing 100 mm T-12 anti-tank guns. Over time, it began to be used as an armored personnel carrier. A number of combat and auxiliary vehicles of various purposes have been built on the basis of the "MT-LB" chassis. These transporters are also produced in Poland at the HSW factory. The Polish Wojsko Polskie still uses several hundred machines of this type for various purposes. A dozen units (mostly armored personnel carrier versions) "MT-LB" was used in the Lithuanian Army for about a ten years.
Based on the photos, many of which can be found on the Internet, and with a little work with computer paint programs, this not very complicated, but well-designed model can be converted "to Lithuanian" without internal equipment. When worked under the supervision of a more experienced colleague, carefully and without haste, this model can be glued even by an advanced beginner modeler.
