Armored cars “Austin” was one of the most famous and mass-produced armored cars during World War I. When the war broke out, Russia ordered a large number of armored cars to be manufactured by several foreign companies. As a result, her arms park of this type was almost entirely of foreign origin. Among them was the popular “Austin”, which has been supplied to Russia since 1915. The factory produced not only fully assembled armor, but also their chassis, which were later armored in Russia itself. During the fighting, it became clear that the “Austin” armor was too weak and was withdrawn from the front to reinforce the armor. And at the “Putilov” plant, the installation of armor of a completely new design has begun. During the Polish-Bolshevik War of 1919-20, the Poles captured several “Austin” armors. One of the captured "Pozinanczyk" named "Austin - Putilov" took part in battles against the previous hosts.

Medium-complicated model with full engine compartment and combat equipment, perfectly detailed chassis and exterior. One of the options is "Poznanczyk", taken over by the Polish, or "Stenka Razin" from Bolshevik Russia. The model is not so complicated that even novice modelers cannot make it, but we recommend that they assemble it under the supervision of a more experienced colleague.
