Maschinengewehrkraftwagen Sd.Kfz. 13 - German light armored car, manufactured in the thirties of the 20th century. It was the first armored car, constructed by the Germans after World War I.  Developed at the “Adler” 3Gd base in 1932 for reconnaissance and cavalry escorting, mass-produced from 1933 to 1935. Due to the primitive construction of Kfz. 13 was not very popular in the army but, despite being obsolete, remained in service until 1941. Later used only as a training. Kfz. 13 and Kfz. 14 were produced by “Daimler-Benz” from the spring of 1933 to August 1935. A total of 116 Kfz. 13 and 30 Kfz. 14, of which 102 Kfz. 13 and 26 Kfz. 14 on the “Adler” chassis and the rest on the “Daimler-Benz” chassis. According to other sources, 147 Kfz13 was produced on the “Adler” chassis and 40 Kfz. 14. A fully detailed and well-designed model, but not so complex, that it cannot be glued by novice modelers. But they would need a colleague, who could advise at a difficult time. The process of assembling of this model can be watched here:
