“Rosomak” is a wheeled armored transporter, manufactured in Poland since 2003. The design is based on the basis of the Finnish AMV "Patria" armored personnel carrier and won the competition in the project of replacing the transporters "SKOT" and "BWP - 1". It is manufactured at the Military Machine Factory in Silesia Siemianovici and in 2020 over 900 copies of several versions have already been produced. The main version of the “Rosomak” is a wheeled transporter, designed to transport 8 soldiers and 3 crew members, armed with a 30mm OTO “Melara” autocannon.
The model depicts a machine of this version, serving in the 17th Mechanized Brigade, based in Miedzyżece. An easy model for beginner modelers, as they too should be able to glue this model together without too much trouble. And having a more experienced colleague next to you - the sea up to your knees...
