Sherp "Bogun" and Sherp "PRO 1000" 2015 - Ukrainian modern of-road cars

"Sherp" is an of-road car from the Ukrainian manufacturer of the same name. The vehicle was created in 2012 by the Russian designer Aleksej Garagashyan. In 2015 it was presented for the first time at the of-road cars exhibition in Moscow. Since then, it has been produced in St. Petersburg and later a second factory was added to be built in Kiev. The amphibious four-wheel-drive vehicle with low-pressure tires has an interesting control system. Driving direction is changed by braking the wheels on one side. Maximum speed on the road - 40 km/h, in water - 6 km/h. It is powered by a 1.5-liter "Kubota" diesel engine with a power of 45 h. p. Tire pressure can be reduced to 0.5 bar. Inflation takes place using engine exhaust gas. Clearance is 0.6 m. Fuel tank capacity - 80 liters. Dry weight - 1.3 t. The vehicle is 3.40 m long and 2.52 m wide. It has eight seats. Used to eliminate emergency situations and rescue people in snowdrifts, loose ground, mountains and water. It can overcome almost all obstacles up to 1 meter in height, including steep slopes (with a slope of up to 35 degrees). "Sherp" easily copes with swamps and deep snow, perfectly "gets out" of the water on the ice. Due to the rotation of the wheels and the tightness of the body, it remains floating on the surface of the water. When driving on water, the tire treads act as paddles.

A fairly complex, well-detailed and well-designed model of an unusual of-road car for modelers of all experience. Detailed car interior, chassis, exterior detailing. The engine compartment and transmission, most of which is inside the vehicle, are not detailed. So, if we give up the transparent glass and interior detailing, this model becomes accessible even to novice modelers, who have glued a few simpler models up to that point.
