The Porsche 936 was created to participate in the World Sports Car Championship and in 1976, in the "24 Hours of Le Mans" marathon, according to the Group 6 formula, and both won. The Porsche 936 remained largely unchanged for three years. In 1978 and 1980, the car took second place, which was not enough for the "Porsche" team - the car was completely redesigned for the 1981 season. In 1981 the 936 celebrated a sensational comeback and another overall victory at Le Mans.
The model is intended for modelers of all levels, only advanced beginners and modelers with little experience are advised to work under the supervision of a more experienced colleague.
