In the first half of the nineties of the 20th century, the Ferrari team found itself in a deep crisis. After the death of Enzo Ferrari, the team was practically managed by the FIAT management, which could not guarantee stability. The change of management, personnel, and riders was accompanied by scandals, and this could not but affect the results. The appointment of Luca di Montezemolo as the president of Ferrari was supposed to bring stability. In 1993 he entrusted the helm of the team to Jean Todt, a former rally racing navigator, whose management talent helped the Peugeot team win the Dakar and Le Mans races. The team began to progress. In 1994, G. Berger won the German Grand Prix, a year later J. Alezi won the Canadian GP. In 1995 it became clear, that M. Schumacher would start in the team in the 1996 season, the Irishman E. Irvin was to become the German's partner. But the 1996 season, despite the 3 victories achieved by “Schumi” at the beginning of the season, was super difficult and disappointing for the team. For the 1997 season there was a change in the technical team - Ros Braun and Roi Bjorn - who were to build the Ferrari F310B for the 1997 season is coming. The new car was little similar to the previous one, the car became absolutely new in terms of aerodynamics, a new monocoque construction was used. Since in that season the capacity of the engine in the car could not exceed 3 l, it was decided to use 10 cylinder engines instead of 12. And the 97 season was spent competing with M. Schumacher and J. Villeneuve and their teams. The season was changeable, the victories were followed by gross mistakes, technical failures, but it showed, that Ferrari is back on the road to victory and will be a serious contender for the championship in the following seasons, what happened later.

A moderately complex, well-designed and well-detailed model for modelers of all experience. One of several models can be made from the publication: M. Schumacher's car, with which he won the Monaco GP, M. Schumacher's Japanese GP and European GP car, E. Irvine's Japanese GP car. The body parts are printed on glossy chalk paper, so they need to be very carefully shaped and glued. Therefore, it is better for advanced beginners and modelers with little experience to glue this model under the supervision of a more experienced colleague, and it should not be one of the first more complex models.
