The USSR Ulyanovsk Automobile Factory in the USSR started manufacturing this simple, but durable and truly off-road car in 1972. Over the years of production, the construction of this car has undergone a number of technical modifications, that have hardly changed the exterior of the off-road car. The cars of this brand were part of the armaments of the armies of many Warsaw Pact states and were operated by civilian law enforcement agencies and many companies. This simple-to-manufacture, yet reliable, low-comfort off-road car has passed exams in a number of armed conflicts.
A simple, well-designed, but moderately detailed model, that will assemble almost all modelers, only for beginners are better off assembling this model under the supervision of a more experienced colleague. With internal and engine compartment detailing, but the graphical instruction is very weak.
