The Typ C was the third in a row, but the first mass-produced “Citroen” car. The designers sought to produce a successful and durable, but also cheap and easy-to-service car. And they succeeded. The launch of this car on the market was illuminated by an advertising company of unprecedented proportions. Launched in 1921, the car was nicknamed the "Little Lemon", which originated from the shape and originally used body color. About 5,000 units have been produced in 2 years.

During the crisis, the German company “Hanomag” tried to make the car less accessible to the public. This marked the launch of a simple, durable, low-cost car, popularly known as the “Komissbrot”. One of the first cars had a body, braided from wicker.

Uncomplicated models for modelers of any experience, just for beginners would be better off working under the supervision of a more experienced colleague and shouldn’t be the first few models you’ll assemble before.
