The model, presented in the publication, reproduces one of the many body variants, that were produced on the same chassis between 1909 and 1912 by the EMF factory in Detroit, which belonged to the “Studebaker” Co. Among those many body options, the most popular was the so-called "Opera Coupe", a two-seater with an enclosed cabin. However, the model reproduces, what is probably the only example of a body, made to special order. This is the 1912 EMF - 30 “Roadster” version. With minor differences this type of car was produced mainly for young people, who liked group rides.
A well designed, richly detailed model for a model of this size, but simple, and under the supervision of a more experienced colleague, it can be put together perfectly even by a modeler with little experience.
