In the Soviet Union, ambulances in the "RAF" car base served everywhere and practically without an alternative. That is why the most massive and most demanded version of the minibus RAF-22031 "Latvija" was a medical car. The first "speedsters" appeared practically at the same time, as the base car - in 1971 - 1972, and even then they received their own designation - RAF-22031. Later, they were produced in parallel with the base model and only slightly inferior to the latter in terms of the number of copies produced. In total, from 1977 to 1997, the Riga Bus Factory produced about 113,000 medical vehicles of all modifications. According to rough calculations by factory specialists, these cars helped save about 2 billion lives. Quite a few of these "high-speed cars" also traveled in the Lithuanian SSR and, after regaining independence, in the Republic of Lithuania.
And processing into "Lithuanian" is quite minimal. Where necessary, details are double-sided printed. A simple yet well-detailed model for modelers of all experience. The interior, although reproduced quite accurately, is suitable for modelers with little experience. Even a novice modeler, working under the supervision of a more experienced colleague, can perfectly glue this tree together, but he should do it without an interior and with opaque windows.
