The Town Hall in Bielsk Podlaski is one of the most impressive architectural monuments of this city. It stands in the city center on the main Mickiewicz Street in the medieval Market square. This is the only Baroque-style Town Hall in the entire Podlasie Voivodeship. Distinguished by a hipped roof with a tower in the middle of it, it is of two stories with bell-shaped decorations. The roof is covered with red tiles, the central clock tower ends with a wooden vault, covered with tin. The tower is rectangular with chambered corners. The lower and upper parts of the tower are separated by a profiled gzims. It is equipped with 4 clocks and their mechanism. A pointed roof with a weather-vane is installed on the vault. The town hall was built in 1776-1780, its architect was Jan Senkowski, the main financier and author of the idea was Izabel Branicka. The Museum of Both Nations is now located in the Town Hall.
A simple, beautiful model of the Town Hall, that, under the supervision of a more experienced modeler, can easily be assembled even by novice modelers, but it should not be one of the first more complex models.
