In the center of Golab, on the square, there is a monument to the First World War and the 1920s in memory of the victims of the Polish-Bolshevik war. Built in 1930. On it is the inscription "To the heroes, who died in the fight for independence and the preservation of the borders of the homeland." The upward tapering pedestal is topped by a crowned eagle and the left wing was damaged in World War II. The monument is surrounded by a metal fence with concrete pillars. In 2012 the obelisk was thoroughly renovated with the efforts of the members of the Golab Friends Society.

A simple model of a monument, consisting of a dozen details, which even a complete novice modeler can glue together without any help from more experienced colleagues. True, experienced people can turn this model into a masterpiece of architectural modeling, based on photos of the original monument and their own experience.
