Biesenthal is a city in Germany northeast of Berlin. The municipality of Nowy Tomyszl established partnership relations with this town on December 3, 1999. Therefore, it is not surprising, that the publishing house "Modelarstwo Nowotomyskie" published a model of the Town Hall of this town. The Town Hall was built in 1762 - 1768 and is in the Fachwecker style. In 2002 - 2003 the Town Hall was completely restored. During the restoration the building was returned to its original appearance. Now it houses the city mayor's office, the tourist information center, the House of Memory, the Biesenthal Gallery and the Civil Registry Office.
A simple, well-designed and fairly well-detailed small model, from the gluing of which even a non-scissor modeler can step into the mysterious world of paper modeling. It is good, if You go in this world with a friend, who already knows the secrets of this pleasure better.
