St. Anne's chapel in Panenské Břežany dates from 1705-1707, its builder is recorded in archival documents as Jan Blazej Santini-Aichel. The founder was Helena Pieroni da Gagliano - the abbess of St. George's Monastery, and the architect is Filip Spanbrucker. The chapel is protected as a cultural monument of the Czech Republic. St. Anne's Chapel in the town of Břežany is a building with a radial central arrangement, which Santini perfected in his masterpiece, St. John Nepomuk Church in Zelenohora. Apart from the ground plan, Santini continued to use other architectural elements in his work. For example, he later improved the segmented tambour dome and used it in Mladotica and Zvoli. Last but not least, with this building, Santini introduced the "hollow column" construction to Czech High Baroque architecture by creating the aedicule planes of the wall.

A simple, but well-detailed model of a small church, which, under the supervision of a more experienced colleague, even a modeler with little experience will stick together, but there is no need to rush. The most complicated thing in this model (as in many church models) is the domed roofs of the towers.
