On Premysl Otakar Square in Litovel, there is an important building, that first served as the City Hall and then as the Manor Palace. The building has been rebuilt many times in late Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque styles. The Town Hall acquired its current appearance after reconstruction in the 1970s and after reconstruction in the 1990s. A 70 m high town hall tower - one of the city's attractions - was built next to the Town Hall, which was built in the 15th century at the end at the branch of the Morava River, the so-called Netchiz, flows below the Town Hall, so it is said to be the highest point of the Morava River. The original exact original appearance of the tower is not known. The appearance of the town hall tower, that we see now, is after the 1904 reconstruction. To the left of the tower is the City Hall building itself, where the city government and the alderman work. On the right, there were grain and meat warehouses, barracks, regional government premises, and most recently, an elementary school for the visually impaired.
An excellent, not very large and not very complicated model, suitable even for modelers with little experience, but requires care and attention. Therefore, beginners are recommended to work under the supervision of a more experienced colleague
