The B-25J was the last and most massive version of this bomber. The first aircraft of this version left the factory workshops in December 1943 and by March 1944 the B-25D version was completely out of production. In the new version, the front section was easily removed and replaced with an alternative - unglased, with a battery of 8 12.7 mm caliber machine guns. In the version of the "pure" bomber, the defensive armament consisted of one (later two) stationary and one mobile machine gun in the front, a turret with two machine guns behind the pilot's cabin on top, two machine guns in the rear of the mobile device, two mobile machine guns in the side windows. The crew consisted of 6 people. The model represents a bomber from 390 Squadron Crusaders (486725).

A complex, well detailed and designed impressive model with well detailed engine models, control plates designed as separate from the main plates. The interior of the plane, the interior of the cockpit and gunner's seats have been restored in great detail. The model is available in two versions: printed on chalk paper and coated with dispersion varnish, and on plain offset paper. Working under the supervision of a more experienced colleague, making the model with the chassis included, not making the interior details, making the glasses opaque and simplifying the engine models, this model (in the offset version) can be perfectly assembled even by a modeler with little experience. But it will require the use of all reserves of patience, diligence, and attentiveness.
