In Warsaw the first three wagons - trams, painted in cream and red colorsб started operating in 1927, went on the 32-kilometer Grodzisk - Warsaw route. This did not surprise anyone, because several thousand kilometers of railway lines were already operating in Poland. But it was here, that electric trams began to operate, although serious railways in Poland were electrified only in 1936. One of the models depicts the EN 80 tram, that ran on this line. During the war, the occupier destroyed everything, that could be destroyed in Warsaw - the city was wiped off the face of the earth. After the war, the transport system was restored for a long time, including rail transport. In 1972 tram EN 94 began to run on the lines of Warsaw, another model of which is presented in this publication.
Small of medium complexity, but with driver's cab equipment. The passenger compartment is not equipped. The undercarriage and roof-mounted equipment have been perfectly restored. For advanced beginners and modelers with little experience we recommend working under the supervision of a more experienced colleague and these should not be among the first more complex models You make.
