"Moskva" is an anti-submarine defense cruiser-helicopter carrier of the USSR and Russia, the lead ship of project 1123. Construction began at the Nikolaev shipyard in 1962 December 15. The ship received the serial number 701. On January 14, 1965 it was launched and named "Moskva". It was decommissioned in the year of the 300th anniversary of the Russian Navy, and on November 7, 1996, the flag of the USSR Navy was ceremoniously lowered from the mast, which was no longer raised on this cruiser. Sold for cutting to India, May 27 in next year, the ship left Sevastopol forever. The ship was towed to a cutting plant in Alang Bay, India, and cut into scrap metal.

A large, but simple "hand" design model, moderately detailed, much simplified, sometimes unrealistic, but interesting. The model is intended for modelers of any experience, only less experienced ones are recommended to work under the supervision of more experienced colleagues. The graphic instruction is small, but quite detailed, the textual one is excellent. Antiquarian publication.
