The German fighter Messerschmitt Me-109 is probably the most famous aircraft of World War II. It was used from the first to the last days of the war and became the symbol of the German Luftwaffe. The first of the popular mass versions of this fighter, the Me - 109E ("Emil"), was produced from 1938 and was used in the initial stage of World War II. At the end of 1941 serial production of the Me-109G ("Gustav") began, which was produced in large series and used until the end of the war. Its most famous versions were the Me - 109G - 2, produced since May 1942, the G - 6 - the most numerous version of this fighter, the G - 10, in which the 1850 h. p. power engine DB-605B, G - 12 - training two-seater version.

A simple, well-designed and richly detailed model of a World War II fighter. Highly detailed cabin equipment, chassis and its niches, control plates can be made both together with the main plates or separated. Finely detailed exterior details. It recreates the appearance of a machine, used at the headquarters of I/JG 77 Squadron in Sicily in the summer of 1942. The model details everything, that is possible, but at the same time, it is not complicated, so it can be assembled even by a beginner modeler, who has experience in building slightly more complex models and works under the supervision of a more experienced colleague. You can choose a more complex or simpler option. Antiquarian publication.
