In 2001 one of the most innovative harbor tugs in Poland was built at the Gdańsk shipyard "Stocznia Polnocna S.A.". It is powered by a Traktor-type azimuth thruster and is designated the B830 "Taurus". This vessel was intended for Maritime and Port Services Company "WUŽ" Sp. Z.O.o in Gdańsk - for the successor of all previous Shipping Services Department. Because WUŽ owns some of the newest harbor tugs in the country, it means a new direction in their building.
A model of medium complexity, well designed and detailed, suitable for almost every modeler, but we do not recommend gluing it for a beginner modeler and for modelers with little experience, it should be built under the supervision of a more experienced colleague, and it should not be one of the first, more complex models You build.
