The morning of April 12, 1961. Baikonur. USSR. The personnel servicing the rocket, having completed the last checks, quickly left for special bunkers. After the flight preparation is confirmed, the countdown has started. Ignition! Lakes of burnt fuel flames erupt from the nozzles of the ship "Vostok", an unheard noise surrounds the site. The rocket slowly begins to rise into the sky, dragging behind it a long tail of burnt gases. The most famous word of this flight sounds in the headphones: "Pojechali!" ("Let's go!"). Thus began the first manned space flight in human history. The ship "Vostok" was piloted by cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin, a citizen of the USSR. The rocket-carrier lifted the capsule-spacecraft "Vostok" to a height of 314 km, the ship flew around the globe in 108 minutes and successfully landed in the Saratov region.

A medium-complexity, well-detailed model of the first spaceship, suitable for a modeler of almost any experience, but for beginners it is better to stick it under the supervision of a more experienced colleague and not as one of the first more complex models. You can build one of three options: a ship with a 3rd stage rocket, a ship with a detached 3rd stage, or just the ship itself. Antiquarian publication.
