"RWD-13" was built at the Experimental Aviation Workshop (Doswiadczalne Warsztaty Lotnicze) in Warsaw in the spring of 1935. It was developed based on the experience gained in the construction of the RWD-6 and RWD-9 airplanes for Challenge racing. The design concept of its predecessors was maintained, so the flight characteristics remained at a similar level, although a lower power, but more economical engine was installed. It was one of the best Polish-built aircraft of the interwar period. It was economically useful, innovative, durable - a few that survived even long after World War II still flew in Poland, Romania, Israel. One copy of the RWD-13 is preserved in the Aviation Museum in Krakow.
An uncomplicated, well designed and richly detailed model for modelers of all experience. Only beginners and modelers with little experience are recommended to glue it without internal equipment, with opaque glasses and work under the supervision of a more experienced colleague. Antiquarian publication.
