In the study office of the state engineering workshop, under the leadership of engineer F. Habich, several types of tanks were designed, three of which, including "PZInž. 130", to realize. The prototype of the tank was prepared in 1937, still without weapons in the turret, and its tests began. The Commission recognized that this tank is suitable for series production after the elimination of the detected defects. But the car was not put into serial production, and the prototype was destroyed at the start of World War II.
