Yes, Ferrari. Yes - Formula 1. Any hydro! The seaplane type boat was built in 1954 at “Guido Abbot Shipyard” in Lake Como, Italy. Its design and appearance were heavily influenced by the 1950s American style of seaplane type boat construction, which was very unusual for Italian racing boats. The Ferrari F1 “Antares II” is one of the three surviving seaplanes built by the company to this day.
The model depicts the boat as it was on display at the Paris Retro Car Show in 2014. The model, despite its rather complex shapes, is not very complicated and can be assembled by even inexperienced modelers. The model is maximally detailed in visible places.
