"Komar" (Mosquito) missile cutters were developed in 1959 on the basis of torpedo cutters of Project 183, which instead of torpedo armament were equipped with two hangar-type launchers for P-15 "Termit" missiles. Since 1959 until 1965 at the end of this project, 112 cutters were built, of which project 183E (E - export) - 2 units, project 183R - 58 units, project 183TR - 52 units, project 183R-TR - 2 units. Back in 1961 the 205U project cutter was constructed, the design differences were the replacement of the missile hangars with more compact cylindrical containers for the "P-15U" missile with a folding wing. The cutters were equipped with the "Klyon" launcher, which received data from the "Rangout" radar. On ships of this type, guided anti-ship missiles were successfully used for the first time in the history of naval warfare.
The model, although small, is quite complex, but not so, that, working under the supervision of a more experienced colleague, even an advanced beginner, who has glued several more complex models, could not glue it together. From the publication You can glue a model of a cutter of the USSR Navy. Where necessary, details are double-side printed.
