"MB-15" is the first ship of the 563 project series, consisting of 4 ships. Built in 1977 at the Finnish shipyard "Rauma - Reppola" according to the order of the USSR. The port of registration is Murmansk. Ships of this series are distributed throughout the fleets of the USSR. The purpose is rescue work, escort and towing in the open sea. The underwater part of the hull is designed so, that ships can break ice up to a certain thickness. Finnish engineers have taken care of the sailors' household comforts - the ship is equipped with comfortable cabins and cubicles, a sauna, and there is a room - a refrigerator for storing food supplies. The ship is equipped with a workshop with metalworking machines. Later, 9 more ships of the improved series were ordered - project 714. The parameters of the hull changed a little, the rear crane - the beam was changed to a rotary crane, and closed lifeboats were replaced. Later, due to the great external similarity, the previous 4 ships of the project 563 were also assigned to the ships of the project 714. Most of these tugs are still in use today.

A small, complex, well-designed and well-detailed model for intermediate to advanced modelers. There is a reserve of colors, parts, to be painted on both sides, is double-sided printing.
