The passenger-cargo steamship "Krasnojarsk" of project 737 (construction number - 18) was built in 1959 at the shipyard of the Budapest shipbuilding company "Obuda Hajogyar Budapest". After construction, the ship was assigned to the Lena shipping company, where it served on the Yakutsk - Osetrov line until 2004. Then the ship was taken out of operation for a year, but in 2005 it stopped working due to financial problems. Until 2005, the owner of the ship JSC "Kirenskaja REB flota" received a grant from the federal budget for the transportation of passengers on the line Osetrovo - Yakutsk. This funding later ended, along with the ship's service. In 2006 - 2007, the ship was leased and sailed on the route Yakutsk - Olyokminsk - Yakutsk, but in 2008 "Krasnoyarsk" was taken out of operation again. After a couple of years, his situation became critical, as the owner of the company declared bankruptcy in 2012. It seemed, that this was the end of the story, but in August 2014, after the reconstruction work was completed, "Krasnoyarsk" sailed from Kirensk to Yakutsk. The ship was bought by the SC "Lenstimbot" company, which, after completing the restoration work, is preparing to run tourist cruises on the Lena River on the route Yakutsk - Poles of Lena, as well as Yakutsk - Tiksi - Yakutsk. There is no information about the conditions of organizing trips and their prices yet.
A model of medium complexity, that, under the supervision of a more experienced colleague, even an advanced beginner modeler can glue together without much trouble. Model without detailing of passenger saloon and control cabin.
