Casemate battleship "Fuso" was ordered in England as part of the fleet enlargement program (1875). Built in 1875-1878 in the shipyard of the British company "Samuda Brothers". In 1894 it was partially modernized. He took an active part in the Japan-China War and was damaged in the Battle of the Yalu-czian River. In 1898-1899 it was modernized again, and in 1903 it was requalified as a coast guard battleship. He participated in the blockade of Port Arthur during the Russo-Japanese War. In 1905 December 12 "Fuso" has been reclassified as a Class 2 Coast Guard Ship. In 1908 April 1 was struck from the fleet lists.
This model features a high level of detail, using double-sided sheets printing. Some details are printed with bronze paint, which makes the model even more realistic. This release is intended for intermediate to advanced modelers.
