„Shtorm, „Tucha“, „Mietielj“ – the Soviet guard ships

Guard ships "Shtorm" («Шторм» - "Storm"), "Tucha" («Туча» - "Cloud"), "Mietelj" («Метель» - "Blizzard") belong to "Uragan" («Ураган» - "Hurricane" ") type guard ships and occupies a special place in the history of the Soviet fleet. It was from them, that the revival of Soviet surface shipbuilding, which was almost completely destroyed during the Civil war and post-war chaotic years, began. The first-borns of the USSR Navy were actually built like destroyers and were created literally from scratch, had many shortcomings, but nevertheless turned out to be quite reliable and excellent ships, on which their crews fought bravely during the Great Patriotic War. Due to their "stormy" names, the series of "Hurricane"-class guard ships were jokingly nicknamed the "Bad Weather Division".

The models are full of small details, many clear and detailed schemes - this author has always tried to create models with serious detailing. These models also use double-sided printing.
